somewhat mixed experience

large roomsystem audituncomfortable bed
the room was quite large and appointed ok.
the receptionist could not check me out at 6am because of a system audit, inconvenient for my early flight. i had informed them of my departure time at check-in! it seems they lacked foresight regarding guest needs and scheduling. the bed was also uncomfortable with pillows that were too large to use.

Acceptable Stay , but Some Issues

loud fire doordisruptive noise
The second night , I experienced disruptive noise. The sounds of doors slamming continued past midnight. This included both guest room doors and a particularly loud fire door that lacked a soft-close mechanism. The front desk provided a small discount , but it did not compensate for the interrupted night and frustration it caused me.
